Cayuse Technologies is a premier technology delivery center offering full life-cycle software application development and business process outsourcing services. Cayuse Technologies is 100% tribally owned, established in 2006 by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The CTUIR and Accenture created Cayuse Technologies to provide clients with a low cost rural shore technology sourcing option. The CTUIR has successfully contributed to the growth of the regional economy and is the largest employer in north eastern Oregon. They opened with 30 employees in January 2007, and now with a large diversified client base which has created a demand for additional experienced staff members, they employ 300 people.
The Cayuse Technologies Delivery Center serves customers from a state-of-the-art, high security facility supporting 420 seats. They are HUB Zone certified with Minority/ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and National Minority Supplier Development Council certifications.
Cayuse Technologies excels in the following types of application development: application maintenance, enhancements, development, production support and technical documentation, full life cycle testing including strategy, planning and execution, manual and automated transaction processing. They also excel in the following business process outsourcing: Tier 1 through Tier 4 technical hardware/software integration support, executive support, help desk services and customized project support.
